A PDF you can act on
Around 30 pages. Annotated screenshots, ordered by how much money each problem is costing you, with the arithmetic shown. Every claim carries its source.
A written audit of your store: the three problems costing you the most money, why they cost it, and the redesigned sections to hand your developer. No calls. No access to your store. Delivered in 15 business days.

A skincare store, $69.99 product page. Four trust rows under the Add to Cart button — shipping, guarantee, secure checkout, delivery time. I tapped all four on my phone and every one of them opened to nothing; this is the first. The answers already existed on the store's own policy pages, two or three taps from where the decision is made. Same words, moved. The owner confirmed the finding and is implementing it. Store name withheld at the owner's request.
Any tool can hand you forty things that are technically wrong. Deciding which three actually cost you money — and telling you what I ignored, and why — is the work.

Eight to ten sections redesigned in your own brand — your colours, your type, your photography — laid out so your developer can build them without asking you a single question. Yours to keep.
Ask anything about the report. I answer in writing, in detail, within two business days. No call, no calendar link, no upsell at the end of it.
I don't touch your store. I don't need your password. I don't write code or install anything. I don't do ongoing work, retainers or revisions after delivery. I don't run your ads or your email.
The Figma file is built so that any competent developer can implement it without asking you a single question — every section is drawn in your own colours, type and photography, at the sizes your theme already uses.
Six questions, two minutes. Nothing is charged.
Within two business days I either confirm it's a fit and send an invoice, or tell you honestly why it isn't.
Bank transfer in US dollars. The clock starts the day the funds clear, not the day you asked.
PDF and Figma file, within 15 business days. Usually sooner.
If I look at your store and think the problem is your product or your traffic rather than your store, I'll tell you that — and I won't take your money.
An audit tool gives you forty problems. I give you three — and a written page listing what I decided not to flag, and why.
Choosing is the work, and a tool can't choose, because a tool can't be wrong. When Baymard tested GPT-4 on twelve e-commerce pages, four out of every five things it flagged were false positives, and it found only 14% of the real problems on a live page. A list you can't trust costs you more time than it saves. Baymard Institute, 2023
Because a call would make this cost three times as much and wouldn't make it better. Everything I'd say on a call is in the report, written down, where you can forward it to your developer six weeks from now and it still makes sense.
Good — you know your customers better than I do. That's what the written round of questions is for. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning and the evidence behind it, so you can argue with the reasoning rather than with my taste.
No, and be skeptical of anyone who does. This is a diagnosis: I tell you what I believe is wrong and why, based on twenty-eight years of design work and published research. What happens after depends on what you implement and how.
Yours. Every colour, typeface and photograph in the Figma file comes from your own store. I'm not proposing a rebrand — I'm proposing a rearrangement of what you already have. The one exception is when a colour itself is the problem, and then I show you the contrast ratio rather than just my opinion.
Brazil. All work is done remotely and in writing, in English. Payment is by bank transfer in US dollars — I'll send a completed W-8BEN with the invoice so there's nothing for your accountant to chase.
